Next! That may be your new battle cry as the full moon on Tuesday falls in your house of closing out one chapter so that you can open a new one. Every year each sign receives a full moon in this part of their chart, and yours will always be around the end of the calendar year. This is beneficial as it helps you start closing out one year and preparing for the new one well in advance of New Year’s Eve.
Cancers have had a lot of activity lately in their houses of romance, health and work, so take a look at these areas and determine what (or who) needs to stay or go. Sometimes we get into ruts in different areas of our lives, and this full moon is your opportunity to toss out old baggage so that you can move on in to the future, unencumbered by it. Like: people who lean on you too much or worse, mistreat you; substance abuse problems (yours or someone else’s); negative thought patterns and emotions, such as guilt, fear and sorrow; and physical ailments.
Toxic ties need to be cut, so if your job is a soul-sucking nightmare it’s time to move on. The same holds true for dealing with frenemies and lovers who bring more drama into your life than joy. But not all Cancers are plagued with these problems and for you, it may simply be a matter of completing unfinished tasks at work or at home so that you can feel lighter and more relaxed.
There is some tension between Saturn and the Moon, so coworkers, clients or bosses could be difficult to deal with. An authority figure could unexpectedly hit you with criticism, something that may not be fair or accurate. And these are the kinds of things that could make you decide to end your tenure with your current place of employment.
Happily the Moon enters your sign on Wednesday, making you feel more empowered. The Saturn-Moon standoff could also throw a sudden health scare your way, and by Wednesday you could be already tackling the problem by reaching out to your physician or finally deciding to take care of yourself. The full moon could bring closure to your days of being overweight and out of shape!
Toward the end of the week you and a partner, business or romantic, may need to revise your roles when it comes to the responsibilities you share. If you’re doing all the food shopping, child rearing and house cleaning, you may be done with that too. Perhaps you need to retain the services of an accountant, for example, to help you with your company’s finances, or your booking agent needs to try to find you different kinds of gigs. Review and revise household and corporate budgets to ensure that your dollars are being put to good use. Do all of this now, and you’ll be able to start 2017 with a much lighter load.
