November is going to be momentous, and it’s not just because there’s a highly contentious presidential election that’s taking place. Nor is it due to a once-in-a-hundred-years pandemic.
Nope, that’s nothing compared to what the cosmos has in store. Mercury is retrograde, a full moon/lunar eclipse occurs on the 30th, and an exceedingly rare Pluto-Jupiter conjunction occurs on the 12th. Heck, Pluto and Jupiter meet up every few hundred years or so, making Covid look like small potatoes.
And here’s a heads-up for you: December is even more intense, but in a very good way. November is actually a pretty decent month, so let’s dive in and see what’s going on.
First off, there’s going to be a full moon in Taurus on Halloween. Full moons set up a period of of influence that is strongly felt for two weeks, but can really go out six months. Let’s just focus on the next two weeks, shall we? Taurus is the sign of stability: earning and saving more money, for example. Protecting your possessions. Developing solid routines. Enjoying a serious, mature romantic relationship.
As full moons bring things to a conclusion, the Halloween event could wrap up something that’s important to you. It’s worth noting that unpredictable, wonky Uranus is acting up on Halloween as well. That could turn this full moon into a real wild card, with people doing things that could be disruptive. This is especially true when it comes to love and money. As a result, protect yourself by not jumping to conclusions or taking any drastic actions in the days following October 31st.
Not for nothing, Mercury is retrograde in Libra as the month begins. This is the house of serious relationships (both business and romantic). Diplomacy and fairness are found here, except……Mercury doesn’t want to play that game right now.
The messenger planet goes direct on the 3rd (yowza! that’s Election Day!) but things are still going to be tense for awhile. Pay close attention to what goes down on the 1st and 6th. Love planet Venus happens to be in this sector too, and this golden girl is getting smacked around on the 15th, 16th and 19th.
The bottom line is this: don’t assume that relationships are going to be peachy keen as soon as Mercury goes direct on November 3rd. It ain’t happenin’, and you’re going to have to be more patient than usual on the days mentioned above.
Making things even more discombobulated is the fact that assertive Mars is retrograde in Aries as November begins. You may be bottling a lot of things up, not expressing what is truly in your heart and mind for whatever reason. Fortunately the red planet resumes direct motion on Friday the 13th, so you’ll be able to express yourself fully.
What’s interesting is that 24 hours before, Jupiter and Pluto form that rare aspect I was referring to. A conjunction is when two or more planets line up perfectly, one behind the other. This has the effect of fusing their energy and personalities together, which can be either a disaster or a gold mine.
This is a gold mine, as Jupiter is all about healing and abundance, and Pluto is all about rising from the ashes and doing a complete transformation. What’s even more significant is that these two are lining up beautifully in decisive, mature Capricorn, the house of setting goals and achieving them.
Words cannot explain how important this conjunction is. Pluto and Jupiter met up with each other in the late 1700s, around the time the American Revolution.
However, they actually met up twice with each other earlier in 2020, which is even more unusual! 2020 has been a wacky year, and for Pluto and Jupiter to meet up three times in 2020—when this hasn’t happened since the late 1700s–is nuts.
Each one of these meetings has been designed to help you transform your life and make it better. For each sign of the zodiac, the effect of this event will be different, so be sure to check your monthly horoscope for November here on the site for specifics.
When they meet up again on the 12th, this will be the third and last time this happens for eons. So be prepared to make some major decisions, some of which could be a complete 180 from what you had already been considering. The new moon on the 15th is the perfect time to start diving into your plans.
Don’t worry about going big and bold either! The Sun enters visionary Sagittarius on the 21st, setting the stage for you to take some intelligent risks. We all want to cancel 2020 and now is a good time to start. Don’t wait til New Year’s Day, my friend. There is some AWESOME cosmic stuff arriving mid-December that can be life changing. You want to be ahead of this curve rather than be behind it.
I’m happy to report that the last week of November looks AWESOME for everyone! The planets are in a good mood all week long, especially sociable Mercury and amorous Venus. Even though Thanksgiving holidays in the US will be smaller than usual due to Covid, the energy for getting along with family members is solid.
And…..a drum roll please…the energy for finding true love is off the charts too! I predict that there will also be a lot of engagements and people getting more serious during the last week of November, as cosmic energy is wonderful for finding love or watching it grow.
Then on the 30th, a full moon/lunar eclipse occurs in Gemini. This is superb for wrapping up a project with a written or verbal element, such as a term paper or a video. A speech, resume or marketing plan. A major conversation. An art portfolio. A personal or business strategy (even if it’s just in your head and not on paper yet).
Saturn, the planet of long term success, is active, indicating that whatever you bring to completion has legs. November starts off a bit shaky, but by month’s end is developing a full head of steam. Just wait until you see what goodies are in store come mid-December!
