Sagittarius season is here and it promises to be exciting…..in a good way. After all, we’ve had all the negative excitement we can handle so far in 2020. With two eclipses and two major planets making huge changes, Sagittarius season promises to be quite a change from the past eleven months.
Sagittarius is the sign famous for its optimism, looking at the bright side—aiming high—and hitting the mark. So around this time of year, it’s only natural that we start thinking about what we’d like to manifest in the calendar year ahead.
And this year the cosmos has some delightful goodies for us. First, Neptune goes direct on Thanksgiving in Pisces, the sign of closure and transition. This is wonderful news as most of us are more than ready to close out 2020 and move on to a much better way of living.
But what’s really phenomenal about this aspect is that Neptune is the planet of science and the pharmaceutical industry. The fact that Neptune is resuming direct motion right now is significant, as it indicates that a Covid vaccine could be imminent.
Then on Monday, November 30th a juicy lunar eclipse occurs in Gemini! This is the sign of communicating in all forms: the spoken word, the written one and the arts. Lunar eclipses are like full moons on steroids, and anytime an eclipse occurs in Gemini, a major news story could occur.
Well, with everything going on in Washington DC, that’s one location that could generate a hot scoop. It’s also possible that a pharmaceutical company could announce that they’re good to go with a vaccine.
On a personal level, the Gemini lunar eclipse could help you wrap up some kind of plan or discussion that is important to you. For example, maybe you’ll resolve an argument with a family member, friend or lover. A team at the office could finally agree on the direction a project needs to head in. A social media campaign of yours could really develop momentum. If you’re creative, your work could catch the eye of decision makers and the news media.
Gemini is also the sign that governs your local neighborhood and short distance travel. As a result, some fun things could happen right in your own backyard…which includes meeting a new lover, dontcha know.
Eclipses always occur in pairs, and there will be a solar eclipse in Sagittarius on December 14th. For the record, the entire month of December looks fabulous. I am not kidding. It is just one terrific cosmic aspect after another. There are a few exceptions, notably the 9th and the 13th when it’s wise to keep opinions to yourself and keep intel confidential. But other than that, it’s smooth sailing ahead.
And the eclipse in Sagittarius on the 14th is a game changer. This is not only the best time in 2020 to pivot and change your plans, it’s the best time in years.
That’s because Saturn enters Aquarius three days later on the 17th, a place it hasn’t been in 26 long years. I’ll talk more about this in upcoming blog posts, like the “December Story” and a special post I’m going to write about Saturn’s move.
Just know that this is MAJOR astrological news. Aquarius is all about bringing power to the people. Crowd-sourcing. Equality. Team work. It also governs technology.
On a worldwide level, we may experience healing and put aside many of our differences. Saturn will be here for two and a half years, so the world could be a much better place by the end of 2022, even before.
On a personal level, you are encouraged to not go it alone over the next few years. This is just as true in your personal life as it is in your business one. Teams, friends and mentors will be able to transform your life in ways that you may simply not be able to imagine right now.
Here’s the best part: Jupiter, the planet of abundance and optimism, enters Aquarius right after Saturn does, on the 19th. Jupiter hasn’t been here in 13 years.
So get ready for some positive changes. In astrology, the outer planets (like Saturn and Jupiter) move slowly and don’t bring about overnight change (with the exception of Uranus, which can turn on a dime). 2020 is ending on a high cosmic note, but it may take a few months for us to really notice it.
This is one of the best Sagittarius seasons I’ve seen in years. The week of December 13th to 19th is off-the-charts fantastic, so hang in there, Covid-weary people. The times, they are a’changin’.
