Phew. Once October arrives, life will seem more orderly, less chaotic. That’s because Saturn and Jupiter will go direct in Aquarius, your house of productivity. Mercury will also go direct in your money house. For the past few months, houses that deal with stability have been getting absolutely hammered. We’re talking about financial strength, vibrant health, solid relationships and getting things done at work. Hallelujah, it’s almost over.
Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius
For months now, two powerhouse planets have been spinning backwards in Aquarius: Jupiter and Saturn. Aquarius is your sixth house, which covers a lot of ground. It deals with diet, fitness and health.
It also governs productivity, how you get things done at home in the office. This covers everything from personal errands to knocking out assignments that land on your desk. Job hunts are affected by sixth house activity.
With both of these planets retrograde here, there could have been all sorts of delays and screwups. Finding a new job or even getting a small promotion has probably been hard. You may have been dealing with minor health issues that you just couldn’t shake. Getting rid of weight and toning up could have been a problem. Maybe you were overwhelmed with a long to-do list.
Fortunately, Saturn goes direct on the 10th and Jupiter on the 18th. But you could start to see relief on the 6th when a new moon occurs in Libra, your house of making more money. Libra also helps you create better routines and a sense of peace in your life.
As mentioned, the new moon on the 6th is in your house of earning and saving more money. In astrology, there are two houses that govern money, the second and the eighth.
It just so happens that a full moon occurs in your eighth house on the 20th! This is your house of wealth, and I’m talking about seriously big bucks. Between the new moon and the full one you could land a really good job, something that’s more than just a paycheck.
The benefits could be better, and that includes health benefits. Maybe there’s a nice bonus package or commission plan. Also, the Sun is your money house at the top of the month. So is Mars. Mercury may be retrograde here, but it shouldn’t be too much of a problem. When the messenger planet is spinning backwards in this part of your chart, an old boss or colleague could call you with a job offer. Old business deals that fell apart could come back to life.
Pluto has been retrograde for months in Capricorn, your fifth house of romance. Thank heavens… it goes direct on the 6th. That said, Neptune is still retrograding in Pisces, your house of serious romance. There could still be confusion about what you want in a relationship. Or the “rules of engagement” may still be up in the air.
The good news is that there should be fewer questions, even if you’re not out of the woods quite yet. The full moon on the 20th is a good time to put an end to issues regarding jealousy, lack of sex, and poor communication, it they exist.
Sun enters Scorpio
Once the Sun enters Scorpio on the 23rd, the entire mood of your chart starts to lighten up quite a bit! After all, Scorpio is your third house of short distance travel, partying with friends, and being busy in your neighborhood. After months of planets spinning backwards, creating all sorts of log jams in your life, the Sun in Scorpio is your best friend.
